1.Main beam of Overhead Bridge Crane:


The main beam of yuantai crane includes girder box,plateform, pantograph and trolley rail. The well-chosen steel plate of main girder applies shot-blastingand high quality painting advanced welding technology and equipment, the material of beam use Q235B or Q345B.





2.Trolley of overhead Bridge Crane:


The trolley are assemled with motor, reducer, brake, trolley frame, drum, hook, pulley and other parts. It includs lifting mechasim and cross traveling mechanism. The trolley is strictly designed according to the application and working envioronment.







3.Electric Hoist of overhead bridge crane:

Packaging & Shipping



Package:


1.Main electric parts are packed by plywood crate to reduce distoration in coveying. Electric hoist and trolley fixed with steel frame are packed by wooden box.


2.Main beams are packed by plastic woven cloth to reduce abrasion when transport.


Shipping:


1.If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship,usually by container.


2.If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.


3.Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keep the crane performance, all as your request.
